This service is considered an international (overseas) voyage.
All passengers are required to present a valid passport, visa (if applicable), international departure tax/fee, and all documents required under the legislation of the destination country on the date of travel. Passengers must be present at the port at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the ferry. Check-in procedures close 15 minutes before departure. Delays, schedule changes, or cancellations may occur due to weather and sea conditions, port authorities, or force majeure circumstances. In such cases, the operating company’s liability shall be limited in accordance with the applicable legislation and the provisions of the contract of carriage. No refund shall be granted if the passenger fails to obtain valid travel documents, arrives late, or is denied boarding/travel by official authorities. By purchasing a ticket, the passenger shall be deemed to have accepted the above-mentioned terms and conditions as well as the transportation rules.
